<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a network centric operation usable anytime and anywhere as context awareness without interrupting a content; and to provide a remote information network between a person at home and a medical health manager as system application. <P>SOLUTION: A covered surveillance engine which is a conversion means of information shown in a broken line in Fig. 1 (6001), a context Awareness engine (4001), a connectionist affordance engine (5001), a security digital forensic engine (2001), and a predictive behavior modification engine (9001) constitute a technique core part (1000) to obtain a digital content, which a user can utilize individually as the context awareness without interrupting the content.
