<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of a door closer unit in a door closer device which closes a door from a half-closed position to a totally closed position by power of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The motor 42 is supported on a front surface of a closer base plate 41 such that its rotating shaft faces downward, and power output means 44, 45 of the closer unit 4 are pivoted on the closer base plate 41 on a side of the motor 42. Then a connection portion 12a of a fastening means 10 of the latch unit 3, a guide portion 34a of a pulley 34, and a connection portion 45a between power transfer means 44, 45 of the closer unit 4, are aligned along an almost vertical line in a range W in a thickness direction of the motor 42 as viewed from the side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
