PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener to be mounted on an opposition member with no labor and to be removed from the opposition member with relatively small load. SOLUTION: The fastener comprises a locking leg 14 formed integrally with a base plate 10 which holds a mounted member W and adapted to be inserted and locked into a mounting hole 26 of the opposition member 24. The locking leg 14 consists of a supporting column 18 protruding from the base plate 10, and a pair of locking pieces 16 formed extruding from the supporting column 18 to both sides and connected to the base plate 10 at their individual lower ends. The supporting column 18 has a thin portion 30 which is cut when receiving tensile load in the direction of extracting the supporting column 18. When the thin portion 30 is cut, the pair of locking pieces 16 extend to the vertical direction of the supporting column 18 and less extrude to both sides. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
