PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pivot hinge which makes possible the attachment of a fancy cover without making of a screw for fixation exposed. SOLUTION: An attaching member is projected on the surface of a hinge body 3 of the pivot hinge 1, and the surface is covered with the fancy cover 4. An insertion member 43 is provided to the fancy cover 4, and the attaching member of the hinge body 3 is inserted to the insertion member 43 on the inner surface of a cover top 41. By covering the hinge body 3 with the fancy cover 4 and by inserting the attaching member to the insertion member 43, the fancy cover 4 can be attached without making the screw for fixation exposed on the outer surface of the fancy cover 4.
