PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood hinge structure of a vehicle capable of improving various performances such as safety and appearance with a comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: A hinge base 11 has a vehicle body fixing part 14 fixed from a cowl side top face, and a vertical wall 15 bent downward from a central side of the vehicle body fixing part 14 in a rightward and leftward direction of the vehicle, and extending in a forward and backward direction of the vehicle. The vertical wall 15 is provided with a hinge shaft 13, and a hinge arm 12 positioned on a central side of the rightward and leftward direction of the vehicle relative to the hinge base 11 and the cowl side part is coupled to the hinge base 11 via the hinge shaft 13.
