A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) of a mobile communication terminal and a noise preventive structure are provided to form a conductive plate on ground plates and signal patterns, thereby preventing the PCB from being electrically and easily influenced by external noise. An insulating plate(220) forms a bottom surface for insulation. Ground plates(210) are formed on the insulating plate. Signal patterns(230) are formed on the insulating plate, and are positioned by being separated from the ground plates(210). A blocking layer(240) is formed on the signal patterns in order to block an electrical connection. A conductive plate(200) is formed on the insulating plate(220) and the blocking layer(240).
