PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device array board which maintains capacity even when the area of storage capacitors is reduced, and to provide a method of fabricating the same. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display array board includes gate wiring lines 90 formed on a substrate 100, data wiring lines crossing the gate wiring lines 90, thin film transistors formed in crossed regions of the gate wiring lines 90 and data wiring line, and storage capacitor first electrodes 130 formed in an uneven shape pattern in parallel to the gate wiring lines 90, storage capacitor second electrodes 136 formed on the first electrodes 130 integrally with the drain electrodes of the thin film transistors, and pixel electrodes electrically connected to the drain electrodes.
