INSULATOR PARTICULATE FILM, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND CAPACITOR USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered insulator particulate film using insulator particulates that form an organic thin film having a reactive functional group on its surface, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A single layer insulator particulate film comprises insulator particulate films which are formed of one layer as an insulating layer on a conductive base member surface, and covalently bonded via a first organic film formed on the conductive base member surface and a second organic film formed on an insulator particulate surface. A capacitor is composed of a structure permitting a single layer dielectric particulate layer to be put between first and second electrodes, and further permitting the first electrode and the dielectric particulate to be covalently bonded via a first organic film formed on the first electrode surface and a second organic film formed on the dielectric particulate surface.
