PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure the effective width of a corridor by forming the projecting state of only a projecting part from the surface of fittings. SOLUTION: This lever handle 1 comprises the projecting part 2 and a handle body 3 connected to the projecting part. The handle body 3 is formed in approximately L-shape as a whole comprising a base end 8 connected to the projecting part 2, and a grip part 9 extending almost in an orthogonal direction to the member axis of the base end from an opposite side end to the base end. An insertion hole 12 is formed in the base end 8, and the projecting part 2 and the base end 8 are connected to each other through a connecting member 13 inserted in the insertion hole. One end of the connecting member 13 is pin-connected to a pin joint part 16 provided at the projecting part 2, and a rod-like stopper 15 for limiting the advancing/retreating motion of the connecting member 13 penetrates a slit 14 formed from the other end of the connecting member into the vicinity of the center.
