A steering apparatus with a variable rack stoke is provided to prevent impurities such as moisture from permeating into an inside thereof by installing a gasket between a first casing and a second casing. A steering apparatus includes a variable rack stoke. The variable rack stoke includes a rack bar(110), a rack housing(100), a first casing(142), a second casing(144), a locking portion(160), and a gasket(300). The rack bar moves in left and right directions. The rack housing receives a part of the rack bar. The first casing is installed at one end of the rack housing. The second casing is installed to contact with the first casing. The locking portion tightly fixes the first casing and the second casing to each other. The gasket is installed at a contact surface of the first casing and the second casing and prevents impurities from entering the first and second casings. A locking portion insertion hole is formed in the gasket. The locking portion is inserted in the locking portion insertion hole.
