<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dried persimmon slices having a long peak condition period, moderate hardness, and suitable for direct eating. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the dried persimmon slices comprises a seed removing process 2 of removing unedible parts such as seeds from a dried persimmon, a sun-drying process 3 of drying the dried persimmon in the sun, a slicing process 5 of slicing, and a machine-drying process 6 of machine drying the slices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
