<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time period for forming an image by adequately distributing an amount of data for forming an image to a plurality of image forming apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: Each of printers ((8-1)-(8-n)) comprises an EEPROM 34 for storing a self speed value, an upper communication section 31a for receiving image forming data, a distribution printing management section 31c which is connected to a lower side of itself and carries out a process of acquiring a lower speed value by a printer to be a distribution target, a process of determining a printing amount of itself in a printing amount of the print data based on the speed values of the printer itself and the other printer and a process of issuing an instruction for allowing the other printer connected to the lower side to perform the forming of the image about the residual printing amount in the printing amount of the print data to be not printed by the printer itself, and an image mechanism 36 for performing the printing in the determined printing amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
