<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC tag label whose flexibility is increased by forming a notch in the base film or surface protection sheet of a non-contact IC tag label. <P>SOLUTION: This non-contact IC tag label 1a is provided with: an antenna coil 3 formed on one face side of a base film 11; and an IC chip 2 mounted on the antenna coil, wherein a surface protection sheet bonded to the antenna coil 3 face, and an adhesive layer and a peeling sheet on the side opposite from the antenna coil 3 of the base film 11, are arranged in this order. The base film 11 is characterized by forming a plurality of notches 10 for making the label flexible. The label is provided with a second surface protection sheet, and a notch may be formed in the protection sheet.
