PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the life of a contact by making the contact and separation speed of the contact constant at all times. SOLUTION: By providing, on a brush base 12, projections 23 that interfere with fixed contacts 13 at the unit base side as the brush base 12 is rotated to each switching position of the forward and reverse rotation; the fixed contacts 13 are made into elastic ends that can avoid the projections 23 by the interference with the projections 23. By forming, on the elastic ends, detours 25 that avoid the projections 23 at each changeover position to go back to contact positions; it is made possible to perform each of quick-on operation in which the elastic ends that are deformed by the interference with the projections 23 contact movable contacts 21 with the elimination of the interference by the detour 25 at the time of the rotating operation to each changeover position of the brush base 12, and of quick-off operation in which the elastic ends are separated from the movable contacts 21 with the interference with the detours 25 and the projections 23.
