PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of water from a clearance between an operating portion of an operation panel and an operation panel receiver, and to simplify a constitution. SOLUTION: This operation panel 7 has a structure comprising a rib 14 on an operating portion 8, and a groove 15 formed on the operation panel receiver 11 and having a width two times or more of the rib 14 disposed on the operating portion 8, so that intrusion of water from the clearance between the operating portion 8 and the operation panel receiver 11 can be prevented, and moving of the water intruding from the clearance between the operating portion 8 and the operation panel receiver 11 by capillary phenomenon can be prevented by a space formed by the groove 15 having the width two times or more of the rib 14 disposed on the operating portion 8.
