PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket-and-spigot joint framed body with a good appearance, which is composed of a composite stile/rail. SOLUTION: Ends of indoor-side rail component materials 6 and 6' of rails A<SB>3</SB>and A<SB>3</SB>' overlap an indoor-side stile component material 2 of a stile A<SB>1</SB>on the outdoor side, so that both the rails and the stile can be socket-and-spigot joined to each other. An inclined plane 11, which is gradually deflected to the outdoor side toward an end 8 from an indoor side surface, is provided between the end 8 and main parts 6A and 6'A of the component materials 6 and 6' which constitute the indoor side surfaces of the rails A<SB>3</SB>and A<SB>3</SB>'.
