PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven stretch fabric having thickness, bulkiness, soft texture and sufficient air permeability. SOLUTION: The nonwoven stretch fabric 10 is composed of an elastic fibrous layer 1 and essentially non-elastic fibrous layers 2, 3 formed on at least one surface of the elastic fibrous layer 1. These fibrous layers 1, 2, 3 are wholly bonded by fusion bonding at fiber intersections while retaining the fiber form of the constituent fibers of the elastic fibrous layer 1. Part of the constituent fibers of the non-elastic fibrous layer 2, 3 are intruded into the elastic fibrous layer 1 and/or part of the constituent fibers of the elastic fibrous layer 1 are intruded into the non-elastic fibrous layers 2, 3.
