A method for realizing voice mailbox in PoC. The method comprises: when receiving a session initiation request from the calling party and determining the voice mailbox of the called party is jointed, send session request to the said voice mailbox and determine the session type of the current session, and after determining it is a one-to-many session, the calling party's left message is recorded by the voice mailbox. A method for notifying a left message in voice mailbox in PoC and a PoC service server are also provided.
