<p>The stocking time of perishable goods particularly certain food products in frigorific containers must be constantly controlled. As these products are of daily use, a certain traffic result which makes the monitoring more difficult. It is known to use boards, lifts and labels which may be fixed onto the container. The automatic monitoring is effected in a continuous matter and taking into acount the effective stocking temperature by means of an electronic digital device with an input terminal for the dates related to the stocked products. A display device having several positions and a printer deliver informations related to the stocked products. </p> |
