There is provided a heating cooker (1, 2) capable of heating cooking an object to be heated without causing unevenness. The heating cooker (1, 2) includes an air blower (20) for blowing air in a predetermined flow direction, and a heating room (12) having a wall face (32) for housing the object (S) to be heated. Outlets (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) for blowing air sent from the air blower (20) are formed in the wall face (32) of the heating room (12), and air-flow intercepting walls for intercepting air flows are formed and positioned in the flow direction side with respect to the outlets (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d). The air-flow intercepting walls include air-direction changeable members (50a, 50b, 50c, 50d) for changing air flows which are blown from the outlets (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d), the air-direction changeable members (50a, 50b, 50c, 50d) being positioned at the end portions of the outlets (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) in the flow direction side.
