The unit (1) has rigid sections (7, 8), which is so dimensioned such that the rigid sections can be held in a holding part. A flexible section (9) is provided adjacent to the rigid section, where the rigid sections and the flexible section are made of piece. The flexible section is designed as a coil spring, where an outer diameter of the flexible section differs from the outer diameter of the rigid section at a location.
