The device has four bars, and a vertical plate (1) that is made of several parts, where the vertical plate is screwed onto a circulating frame construction for stabilization. Two feet and hanging units are screwed at the frame construction. Two hooks are provided for fastening a ball catch web, and two bolts are equipped for stabilization of the playing device. Two diagonally opposite holes (2) with similar sizes, a center hole (3) in the vertical plate and equally distributed holes (4) are provided in the playing device.
