An optical disc driving apparatus and an optical recording/reproducing apparatus are provided to suppress increase of resonance amplitude by making an optical disc supported and rotated in a state that the optical disc is installed in an airtight space within the optical disc driving apparatus. An optical disc(11) is installed in a cylindrical space(20) in which inner surfaces of a cylindrical space forming unit are made airtight, wherein an upper surface(11A), a lower surface(11B) and an outer surface of the optical disc face the inner surfaces of the cylindrical space forming unit with a constant distance. A rotation axis fixing part insertion slot of the optical disc and an optical pickup insertion slot are installed in a part of the inner surfaces of the cylindrical space forming unit which face the upper and lower surfaces of the optical disc.
