An apparatus for detecting a non-contact pedal displacement is provided to lower an error ratio and prevent a detection error by detecting a displacement of a pedal through a non-contact method. An apparatus for detecting a non-contact pedal displacement includes a plate(200), a rotation shaft(206), an arm(208), a first pattern(202), and a second pattern(210). The rotation shaft is protruded from the plate, and is rotated according to a pedal operation of a driver. The arm is connected to the rotation shaft, and is rotated according to a rotation of the rotation shaft. The first pattern is formed on a first board which is installed on a predetermined part of the plate. The second pattern is formed on a second board which is connected to a stepped unit of the arm. The detection apparatus is connected to any one power of the first pattern or the second pattern. The detection apparatus induces a current on the first pattern or the second pattern according to the second board connected to the arm. The detection apparatus detects the displacement of the pedal by using the induced current.
