A non-volatile storage device and a method thereof and a program performing the same are provided to increase security against an attack, and to perform a single programming operation or a storage process in a power-less state. In a device(100) for storing a non-volatile state value indicating that there was a condition, energy storage units(130,140) store energy when a supply voltage is applied. When the condition is generated, switching units(120,150) record the state value by connecting the energy storage units to a non-volatile storage unit(110). The condition exists when the supply voltage becomes below an established value.
