A method for forming a nanopattern, a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor using the same, and a method for manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) using the same are provided to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the manufacturing cost, by forming a horizontal field between two metal patterns to produce electric polarity of a nanomaterial when the nanopattern is formed. Two metal patterns(220) are formed on a substrate(210), wherein the two metal patterns are distanced from each other at a predetermined interval. A solution(240), in which a nanomaterial(230) is dispersed, is formed on the two metal patterns. A voltage is applied to at least one of the two metal patterns. The solution where the nanomaterial is dispersed is dried to form a nanopattern. The nanomaterial is a magnetic substance. The nano-material is a nano-wire or a nano-tube. |
