<p>A vibrating piece, a vibrator, an oscillator, and an electronic apparatus are provided to stabilize a deviation between vibrating piece devices of a CI(Crystal Impedance) value even though a length of a base is short. A vibrating piece(100) includes a base(110), and vibrating arm units(121,122). The vibrating arm units(121,122) are protruded from the base(110). The vibrating arm units(121,122) have groove units(123,124) on a surface and a rear surface. A width of vibrating arm unit(121,122), a short side of the vibrating arm unit(121,122), is between 50 um and 150 um. A depth of the groove unit(123,124) is between 30% and 50% of a thickness of the vibrating arm unit(121,122). A width of the groove unit(123,124) that is a short side of the groove unit(123,124), is between 40% and 100% of the width of the vibrating arm unit(121,122).</p> |
