An air duct apparatus of a door trim is provided to prevent deformation for a long time use, and to reduce the number of assembling processes by not using an adhesive. An air duct apparatus(1) of a door trim(2) includes a duct joint member, a duct seal member(5), a flange surface(6), and a grill member. The duct joint member in a shape of a hollow cavity is connected to an air duct(3) by being inserted through an opening unit of the door trim. The duct seal member(5) is connected to the duct joint member. The duct joint member is composed of a square cylinder in a shape of a rectangle to form a right angle with an axis at an end thereof. The plurality of grill members crosses an inner space. An outer diameter reduction member(9) is formed in a shape reduced in an outer diameter by forming a groove in a shape of a ring.
