Subject of invention solves the problem of construction of a contrivance for removing filth from teeth and massaging gums that is both efficient and simple for production and it is suitable for use independently of the age of a user. This is achieved so that a handle (1) is made, and therein is set a two-way electric motor (3) supplied by batteries (4) and a neck (2) with axial cavity (34) wherethrough passes a two-way rotary axle which moves, during rotation thereof, a cylindrical rotating little brush (5). At the ending of the neck (2) there is a guard (29) which during a rotation of the brush (5) prevents irritation of gums and sensitive mucous membrane in the oral cavity of the user.
