An ocular iontophoresis device comprises a reservoir (20) for storing an active substance (30) such as medication contained in an electrical conductive medium (35) and a hollow structure (21) which is limited by an outer wall (24), where the hollow structure has an outlet defining an application surface (2) that receives a predetermined portion of the surface of an eye ball (500), the outer wall has a constant inclination angle (alpha ) with respect to an optical axis (1) of eye ball, and the application surface is partly limited by an outer line concave towards optical axis of eyeball.
