Enrouleur/dérouleur à cathéters comprenant au moins un premier système et un deuxième système,le premier système comprenant :- un premier récipient (14) qui reçoit un cathéter (6), et- un premier mécanisme d'entraînement (16) qui applique au cathéter un mouvement,le deuxième système comprenant :- un deuxième récipient (17) qui reçoit un guide (37) et comportant une sortie (18),ledit deuxième récipient étant rotatif par rapport au premier récipient,- un deuxième mécanisme d'entraînement (19) qui applique au guide un mouvement.La sortie comporte un dispositif de fixation (35) au cathéter.
