摘要 Provided is a heat exchange type vapor-water separation system for a molten carbonate fuel cell(MCFC), which prevents hot vapor from being atomized directly onto a cooling water pipe, uses pipes resistant to high temperature and thermal expansion, and increases cooling efficiency. The heat exchange type vapor-water separation system for an MCFC performs cooling of hot vapor containing water vapor at 650 deg.C or higher discharged from the MCFC and condensation of water vapor to accomplish vapor-liquid separation. The system comprises: a water-cooling type dual outer-walled cooling container(200) for inhibiting heat emission from the system to the exterior; a gas flow guide pipe(20) for inhibiting hot air from being atomized directly onto the cooling water pipe; a corrugated pipe-like cooling water pipe(220) having a wound spring shape and a nickel alloy resistant against oxidation at high temperature; a gas flow guide partition(30) for distributing gas flow uniformly over the corrugated pipe-like cooling water pipe and for preventing a pressure load to the vapor; a liquid separation container(100) in which water vapor condensed from the hot vapor is collected; a gas outlet for discharging gas remaining after the separation of water vapor; and a liquid discharge pipe(110) that allows the water collected in the liquid separation container to be naturally discharged through a U-shaped discharge pipe.
