PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which can be easily attached to and detached from a building, and enables a worker to perform radio communication using a radio communication terminal on each floor of the building thereby contributing to sufficient laborsaving of work. SOLUTION: One terminal of a leakage coaxial cable 2 is connected to an antenna terminal of a radio base station 4 directly or indirectly via a coaxial cable or the like. The leakage coaxial cable is laid towards upper and lower floors using a through-path 3 within the building 1. The radio communication terminal 7 that a worker carries with him, performs radio communication with the radio base station 4 via the leakage coaxial cable 2 on each floor within the building and the radio communication terminal 7 performs data communication with a server 5.
