AIR MATTRESS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mattress improving weight pressure dispersion properties and permeability and making a structure simple and cleaning easy. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic and elastomeric resin is a raw material or a main raw material for the air mattress. The air mattress includes a three-dimensional network structural body 1a of a spring structural body consisting of a plurality of hollow and continuous wires 1b that are ringedly and disorderly entangled and partly hot-glued by extrusion molding. Both ends 1e of the wire 1b in the end regions 1c and 1d of the body 1a are closed respectively. Thereby a hollow part 1f of the wire 1b is filled with the air with a pressure larger than the atmospheric one. Liquid (e.g., a gel or the like) can be a filler instead of the air in the hollow part 1f. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
