The device has a roller blind web (2) which can be winded by a winding device on one end to a roller blind wind (7). The winding device has two winding rolls (11a, 11b) that can be rotatably driven independent of one another. The rolls are arranged in the region of longitudinal edges of the web which have guiding tapes (9) that cooperate with guiding rails (10), and are rotatably supported at a common winding axis. The rolls can be driven by driving units that are arranged outside the rolls. An independent claim is also included for a roller blind web for a roller blind device.
