<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multilayer printed matter given a forgery-preventing measure which is used for a medium of securities or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer printed matter comprises partially, on a base (11) of paper or the like, a multilayer printed structure part (10) having a layered structure wherein a pattern printed part (18) printed with an ordinary ink so that a pattern can be merely visually recognized, a colored layer (13) printed with a colored ink so that it covers a printed surface, and one or more transparent or semitransparent layers (14), (16), (12), are laid on each other. A specific ink containing a fluorescent substance emitting fluorescence in the case of receiving the light of a certain wavelength or a substance absorbing the light of a certain wavelength is used for the transparent or semitransparent layers (14), (16), (12).
