PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting device without generating excessive stress in a rotation transmitting member by uniformizing a load applied to the rotation transmitting member.

SOLUTION: A damper mechanism 9 comprises: a damper holding member 15 arranged in a pulley 4; a plurality of nut members 19 arranged at a substantially equal interval in the peripheral direction in this damper holding member 15 and fixing a fixing part 8C of the rotation transmitting member 8; a damper rubber 16 respectively installed in these nut members 19; and a plate 21 for integrally joining the nut members 19.
