<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an authenticity, evidence and convenience in commercial deal. <P>SOLUTION: A method for generating a voice bond data includes: a recording process in communication with a customer for storing into a communication data storage a tag data for identifying a communication section related to customer identification, a communication section related to customer authentication, a communication section related to a contract content, and a communication section related to customer intension confirmation, and also storing a recording data of the communication with the customer; a recording data generation process for generating the tag data and the recording data with an electronic signature by adding the electronic signature to both the tag data and the recording data stored in the communication data storage; a process for generating data related to time authentication to the tag data and the recording data with the electronic signature; and a process for registering the tag data and the recording data with the electronic signature and the data related to the time authentication into a voice bond data storage, as voice bond data.
