PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular suspension mounting structure having improved rigidity. SOLUTION: In the vehicular rear suspension mounting structure having a suspension bracket for pivotably supporting a mount between a first side wall installed on a lower part of a floor side member and arranged on the center side of a vehicle and a second side wall arranged on the side of the vehicle, a side sill 2 extends backward of the vehicle, and the second side wall 20 of the suspension bracket 4 is coupled with a floor side member 1 and the side sill 2.
