The present invention relates to a device for clamping by partial vacuum, in particular for an "anti-G" suit. Device characterised in that it acts by partial vacuum and is essentially composed of at least one sealed envelope 1 fitted with at least one connector 2 to a vacuum-generating, or other, member, and by a flexible retractable body 3 integrated into the said envelope 1, a partial vacuum in the latter having the effect of withdrawing its walls causing clamping of the parts of the body held in the envelope 1. <IMAGE>
