PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbon resin composite material having a more stable bonding property and hydrophilicity.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the carbon resin composite material-molded article of which surface is hydrophilized, is characterized by applying the liquid of a (meth)acrylic monomer having a hydrophilic group on at least one side surface of a preliminary molded material consisting of a thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin, laminating a polymer film on it, then irradiating electron beam on the obtained laminated material, then heating the laminated material and peeling off the polymer film.
