PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfort by increasing a temperature of blown air and improving dehumidification performance in cooling and dehumidifying operation. SOLUTION: An opening 80 for introducing the indoor air sucked by an air inlet 321 to an indoor blower 50 without exchanging heat is provided between two first and second heat exchanger units 41, 42 included in an indoor heat exchanger 40. A damper 91 driven by a predetermined driving means 92 and adjusting an opening rate of the opening 80 is arranged on the opening 80. During a cooling cycle operation of a refrigeration cycle, the opening rate of the opening 80 and/or devices included in the refrigeration cycle such as the compressor, blower, and expansion valve, are controlled alone or in combination so that a temperature of the indoor heat exchanger 40 gets lower than a dew point temperature of the indoor air.
