PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-channel analyzer which can perform analysis of the temporal progress of a radiation source with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The improved multi-channel analyzer, to which a pulse signal, having a peak value corresponding to energy of radiation which detects the peak values of the pulse signals by using a peak detection section, and performs analysis of the radiation, comprises a histogram analysis section 21 for counting a channel, corresponding to the peak value of the peak detection section 20; a storage section having a plurality of areas for storing the count result for each channel by the histogram analysis section 21; a trigger signal output section 27 for outputting a trigger signal, and a memory controller 25, which can write the count result of the histogram analysis section on each area of the storage section and switches a region to be written by means of the trigger signal from the trigger signal output section 27.
