ADHESIVE SHEET AND HOLDING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding tool which can hold an adherend with a sufficient holding force and can easily release the adherend, and to provide an adhesive sheet used for the holding tool. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet is characterized by having a sea-island structure which has weak adhesive portions or non-adhesive portions and strong adhesive portions on the surface and in which one of the weak adhesive portions or the non-adhesive portions and the strong adhesive portions is sea and the others are islands. This holding tool comprises a substrate having ventilation holes for ventilating a gas and the adhesive sheet fixed to the substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
