PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing equipped with a sealing member capable of effectively preventing the deviation of grease. SOLUTION: A cylindrical roller bearing 21 is equipped with an inner ring 22, an outer ring 23 keeping insulation layers on the outer diameter surface and both end surfaces, a cylindrical roller 24 taken as a rolling element disposed between the inner ring 22 and outer ring 23, a holder 25 for keeping intervals between the cylindrical rollers 24 and a tight seal 26 as a sealing member for sealing both ends of the bearing. The tight seal 26 is a resin made seal manufactured by injection molding of resin material, functions as a grease pocket in a shape projecting in a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape from both end surfaces of the inner ring 22 and outer ring 23, and has a projection 26a protruded from a bottom wall 26b to form unevenness on the inner wall surface.
