PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stylish maternity bottom garment designed so as to follow the body shape of a pregnant woman largely changing from an early stage of pregnancy to nine months to give her favorable fit feeling, easily put on or off, and excellent in leg-beautifying effect. SOLUTION: The maternity bottom garment has the following structure: a stretchable rib knit part 4 having a size enough to cover the belly part of the pregnant woman when worn is provided at the upper end front part of a maternity pants main body 1; and rubber shirring 5 is formed at both right and left sides of the upper end back part of the maternity pants main body 1 and a wide width rubber 6 having a stretch ratio smaller than that of the rubber shirring at its center to be fixed to the waist position of the pregnant woman when worn to prevent the pants from sliding down. The size of the waist is adjusted in accordance with the change in the body shape of the pregnant woman by drawing out a button hole rubber 8 passed through the bag-like upper end part of the ribbed knit part in an optional length to be fixed with a button 10.
