PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery terminal structure preventing corrosion at a joint part between heterogeneous metals in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The battery terminal structure is provided with a square battery box 12 specifying an inner space 18 containing a battery element and having a hole 13 communicated with the inner space 18, and a cathode terminal 21 connected with the battery element and extended from the inner space 18 outward through the hole 13. The cathode terminal 21 is equipped with a part 23 formed of aluminum, and a part 24 formed of copper. The part 23 is extended from the inner space 18 toward the hole 13. The part 24, jointed with the part 23, is extended from the hole 13 toward outside of the inner space 18. The battery terminal structure, further, is provided with a resin sealing part 36 for sealing the hole 13 fitted to the hole 13 so as to cover a joint part 25 of the part 23 and the part 24.
