PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology allowing continuous starting of a large number of tasks without making a system unstable in a real-time OS. SOLUTION: In a program operating on the real-time OS, continuous task starting requirement (start_task()) about the plurality of prescribed tasks to the real-time OS is performed while interposing halt requirement (HALT()) of one or more CPUs between the plurality of pieces of the task starting requirement. For example, the halt requirement of the CPU is performed every time performing the task starting requirement once or prescribed times. After the halt requirement of each CPU is performed, the task starting requirement about the next task is performed on the basis of starting of a prescribed period handler.
