PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled treatment apparatus that can be easily assembled and disassembled. SOLUTION: The self-propelled treatment apparatus is equipped with a universal arm hanging-jig 110 disposed over an outer rail 11a comprising a pair of left and right supporting arms 111 and a supporting rod 113 that connects the left and right supporting arms 111. Each of the supporting arms 111 are pivotally supported by a shaft 112 disposed upwardly on the outer rail 11a so as to be rotatable around the shaft 112 en bloc. The forward rotation of the universal arm hanging-jig 110 is restricted upon touching of its shorter arm 111b on the front face of a stopper 114, and as a result its longer arm 111a is held in a roughly horizontally extended state. One hook 171 of the wire 170 is hooked to a bracket 115 and the wire 170 is allowed to hang down from the front side of the supporting rod 113. One hook 131 of an elevator 130 is hooked to the other hook 172 of the wire 170, and thereby a universal arm 20 can be stably hung by the elevator 130 which is hung down over the front area of a wall crusher 100.
