Gearbox interlocking and locking device for vehicle, has control rods with switching function surface that extends over part of circumference of rods and assembling function surfaces, whose radius is smaller compared to switching surface

The device has control rods (1, 2), where each rod has an interlocking recess and a locking recess. The rods have switching function parts (15, 16) that are adapted to engage an operation of a gearbox and to switch the gearbox in a neutral position. The rods are arranged in a switching segment (13), and have assembling function surfaces (18, 19) and a switching function surface that extends over a part of circumference of the rods. The assembling function surfaces have a radius that is smaller compared to radius of the switching function surface. An independent claim is also included for a method of assembling of components for combined interlocking and locking of a gearbox.
